Dining at Nobu was nothing short of extraordinary. Our server took the lead in curating our meal, crafting an incredible omakase-style menu for us. The selection was spot-on, allowing us to try what felt like everything on the menu, and the pacing of the dishes was perfect--each course arrived at just the right moment. It was very impressive for a party of eight people. The portions were ideal, leaving us satisfied but not overwhelmed. My personal favorites were the albacore, crispy rice, and yellowtail, each dish bursting with flavor. However, the absolute standout for me was the Chilean sea bass--a must-try for anyone dining here. It was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful in every bite. The only dish that didn't quite meet expectations was the steak; it was surprisingly tough and didn't match the buttery perfection of the fish dishes. To top it all off, the ambiance was fantastic. You simply can't beat the stunning views of the ocean and the refreshing breeze. Nobu is definitely a place to indulge in an unforgettable culinary experience.

Well this is almost a bucket list type restaurant that everyone should probably try once if you come to Socal. Fresh sushi with gorgeous views of the pacific ocean. We came as a large group and got seated at the chef's table. Ordered quite a few different items with my favorites being the black miso cod and the spicy tuna on the sticky rice cakes. All the sushi and sashimi tasted fresh and clean as well. There are quite a few sushi restaurants obviously throughout socal with amazing sushi, but Nobu is one of those places to dine with beautiful views, enjoy some great food, dine next to a celeb or two and take in the entire experience.

Nobu is Nobu. An incredible setting in Malibu, impeccable service, even at the bar and pretty good sushi. If you're sushi connoisseur, you won't be disappointed, but I will bet that you will say what I did " I've had better sushi, but not in a place like this". You might also say, you've had better sushi for as much as they charge for a piece of it . You are not getting out of here for under $150 per person if you're having food and a cocktail. I ordered Seven different items, a bottle of Pellegrino, a large sake and dessert for $360 including tip, just for me. Overall, the experience was fantastic and the sushi was good. My waiter was extraordinary. He was the nicest guy ever. I wish I could remember his name, but he was wearing a lovely pearl necklace. I would like to return again, but it's gonna be a little while. Very convenient valet parking for $15 If you live on the west side of LA, it's an incredible drive, especially in a convertible.

**Nobu Malibu - A Taste of Luxury, One Slider at a Time** Dining at Nobu Malibu is like attending a glamorous dinner party where the food steals the show. We indulged in Yellowtail, Fluke, Cod, Scallops, and, wait for it, a single slider. Yes, one slider--because who doesn't love paying a premium for a bite-sized burger? We washed it all down with Mimosas, naturally. The Yellowtail was so fresh it practically winked at us, and the Cod was so perfectly cooked it felt like a warm hug from the ocean. The Scallops? Absolute rock stars, seared to perfection. And that lone slider? It may have been small, but it was mighty tasty, reminding us that good things really do come in small packages--especially when you're charged per slider! The service was impeccable; the staff seemed to anticipate our every need like culinary mind readers. And the ambiance? Picture a perfect blend of chic elegance and stunning ocean views that make you feel like you've stepped into a movie. The bill came to around $300, which is definitely a splurge. But for the food, the laughs over paying for individual sliders, and the unforgettable view, it's a splurge worth making. If you're in the mood for an indulgent meal with a side of gorgeous scenery, Nobu Malibu is the place to be. Just be prepared to savor every bite--and every penny!
